Star Power Studios - Super Star party Policy

Our parties are designed for children ages 4 and up. For safety reasons, children under 4 will not be permitted to use our supplies unless closely supervised by a parent or other adult. Many of our facilities & activities are not suitable for children under 4. 

All packages are based on a 2 hour studio booking with the exception of the MTV Bling party which is 2 hours. These times are flexible, depending on numbers of guests, please ask, we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please note – Because our parties are scheduled events it’s important that all guests arrive on time. If a guest arrives late, they will join the party already in progress.

While we work to encourage good behaviour we require your attendance for the duration of the function in most cases. In the case of behaviour problem or other unforeseen circumstance i.e. upset tummy, the child will need to be attended to by you. We are responsible for hosting your party and engaging the children in constant activity and our efforts must remain focused on the service we provide. We are not responsible for behaviour or discipline of children. 

Star Power Studios and its employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages including allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from make-up, food, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party. We will provide you with the utmost in professional service. In the event of damage or loss of any property of Star Power Studios, fair compensation is expected from the client. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to any of the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the customer. 

Star Power Studios may use pictures from our parties for promotional purposes on our website, brochures or publications.  

Our package cost is based on 10 children including the guest of honour (Extra children can be added @$29 per head).Maximum attendance for most parties is based on 20 children; however we will gladly accommodate a larger group if we are able. There is no minimum attendance. Less than 10 may attend, but you are still charged the package price. Please do not request an invoice adjustment if guests do not attend. You are to provide us with a full guest list with names of children and contact name & details of parent or guardian. Your party will be prepared based upon the guest list provided and we will gladly make revisions up to 24hrs hours prior to the party. Although a guest may not be in attendance our time has been invested preparing for the full guest list.
 

Payments, Booking Details & Cancellations

 

Payments:

At time of booking a 50% deposit is required before your invitations are sent to you. The remaining payment is due on or before the day of your party. Cash or direct deposit is the accepted payment options. Please note: we do not have credit card facilities.

Cancellations: Please be aware once your party invitations are printed and sent to you, your party is considered a confirmed booking. If you need to cancel your party, you can do so however you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Public Holiday parties: If available we are happy to run your party on a public holiday however there is a $50.00 surcharge. Pricing may change periodically, so check back regularly for latest pricing.
